Since 2013 I offer my knowledge and my expertise as a business consultant.

 

My stations for independence led me from 20 years in top restaurants to the management of Eurest Restaurant GesmbH. I was able to perform 21 operations in the food service industry and to learned macroeconomic responsibility. A new challenge I found from 2005 in Management at WEIN & CO. Here I was able to expand my knowledge in the fields of gastronomy, retail and online shipping. As managing director  at WEIN & CO also the expansion plan was in my area. By the end of 2012, we were able to renew and open several restaurants and stores, where I was responsible  for the complete construction management.

 

This experience from different management positions in the last 25 years are the ones that will help your company to new places in the future oriented implementation.
